Tracy Reese’s FW13 collection was fun, free, and full of mismatched prints. Animal prints, florals, lace, and plaid created looks for the chicks not afriad to walk on the wild side. Her looks were created with wild abandon in sequins and plaid, animal prints, and bright florals — all put together to create daring outfit combinations. The most street worthy option that will get you stares without the shocked glares was the turquoise leopard print skirt and red and black floral top. The solid turquoise jacket was just the topper the outfit needed to tone down its punchiness. Lace and sequin dresses say evening in a glam rock sort of way. Bright and bold printed jackets cover even bolder prints and fabrics to create looks of layered self expression.

Booties and socks have not gone away yet, so don’t be afriad to rebel and forget the tights and rock the socks. Cat eye glasses lend a vintage feel that would make any hipster proud to sport these looks. Skull caps have a grunge/rock vibe along with plaid. These looks are bold and they have personality. These looks say you’re not afraid to express yourself in an out of the box way. Thanks Tracy Reese for showing us that fashion is about taking risks.
