Honor’s spring line is easily wearable, pairing simple contours and practical cuts with feminine accents such as paisley prints, pleats, and lace. Delicately tapered waists and rounded collars hark back to 1950s fashion, an inspiration that designer Giovanna Randall has linked with the sensations of summer in a coastal environment, evoked by flowing skirts and blouses in a palette of sand, pale pink, baby blue, and yellow. Occasional patterns of bold polka-dots and plaids offer graphic contrast, and flat-front walking shorts and button-down jackets offer a masculine edge that heightens the complexity and sophistication of this smart and beautiful collection.
